Olakira Campsite is located inside the Maasai Mara National Reserve on the Olare Orok River, on Double Cross.

It is a 25 minute drive from the Talek gate (15Km) and 10km from the Musiara gate. The closest airstrip is Olkiombo which is 6 km away.
